How can I track my order ?

You will receive an order confirmation via email shortly after placing your order. Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once your order is on its way, delivery may take between 3-15 days depending on your shipping location. We'll send you the tracking number via email, enabling you to track its progress on our tracking page. An email notification will be sent when your order is shipped and delivered.

Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Policy

• 30-Day Return Window: You can return items purchased from theblingrock.co.uk for a refund or store credit within 30 days of the delivery date. All returns must be authorized before being sent back to us.

• Condition of Returns: To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unused and in its original packaging (including any gifts).

• Return Shipping Cost: Please be aware that while we are happy to issue a refund or exchange for store credit, the return shipping costs are not covered by us. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and providing a tracking number as proof of return. • Refunds: Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds will be calculated based on any promotional discounts applied to the order. It may take 2-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

• Exchanges: We offer store credit if you wish to exchange an item for something else. After a successful return, we will provide you with a personalized code. All exchanges are final.

• Gift Exchanges: Gifted items are not eligible for refunds but can be exchanged for store credit. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

Our Jewellery

What material is your jewellery made of ?

All our jewellery is crafted from premium stainless steel and coated with 18k gold through a process known as PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition). This advanced plating method is 10 times more durable than traditional gold or silver plating, ensuring our jewellery is completely waterproof! Each piece is crafted from premium stainless steel and is 100% nickel-free. Our materials are safe for those with allergies or sensitive skin.

How do I take care of my jewellery?

• Clean your jewellery with just water and mild soap.

• Use a soft cloth to gently clean it (avoid abrasive tools).

• Regularly cleaning your pieces helps reduce residue and keeps them shining daily.

Storage Tips:

• Your jewellery comes with our Bling Rock pouch, perfect for safe storage!

• It’s best to store your pieces separately to prevent scratching.

• Any pouch or jewellery box with a soft interior works well.

• Ensure your jewellery is dry before storing.

WARRANTIES

What does my warranty cover?

The warranty period for The Bling Rock is two years from the purchase date. If you experience any issues with the gold coating color, you may file a claim at any time. Once your claim is approved, you are entitled to a replacement or store credit. Gifted jewellery is only eligible for store credit. Be sure to retain any previously damaged items for future warranty claims. Your item must have been purchased from theblingrock.co.uk. Please note that mystery products and free gifts are not covered under our warranty. The warranty covers: • Issues with the gold coating color It does not cover:

• Tarnishing of silver

• Discoloration of pearls

•Lost jewelry

• Scratches from regular wear and tear

• Damage resulting from improper use or storage of the jewellery

What does the broken/faulty item warranty cover?

If you’ve received a faulty item or a piece of jewellery has broken due to a manufacturing defect, you have 90 days from the item(s) delivery to file a claim. Once your claim is approved, you’ll be eligible for a replacement or store credit. Gifted jewellery is only eligible for store credit. Please retain all previously damaged items for any future warranty claims. Your item must have been purchased from theblingrock.co.uk. Mystery products and free gifts are not covered under our warranty. Coverage includes:

• Manufacturing defects

Does not include:

• Lost jewellery

• Scratches, bends, and breaks from regular wear and tear

PAYMENTS

What payment options do you accept?

We accept card payments from Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. In addition to major credit cards, we also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay!

If you choose PayPal at checkout, you’ll be redirected to the PayPal site to log in and review your total before selecting ‘Pay Now’. Once your payment is processed, you will then return to Theblingrock.co.uk.

Clearpay

We’ve partnered with Clearpay to give you a better shopping experience.

How it Works ?

Add your favourites to cart, select Clearpay at checkout, log into or create your Clearpay account, with instant approval decision.Your purchase will be split into 4 payments, payable every 2 weeks.

Clearpay lends you a fixed amount of credit so you can pay for your purchase over 4 instalments, due every 2 weeks. Ensure you can make repayments on time. You must be 18+ and a permanent UK resident excl Channel Islands). Clearpay charges a £6 late fee for each late instalment and a further £6 if it's still unpaid 7 days later. Late fees are capped at £6 for orders under £24 and the lower of £24 or 25% of the order value for orders over £24. Missed payments may affect your ability to use Clearpay in the future and your details may be passed onto a debt collection agency working on Clearpay's behalf. How are refunds processed?

Returns are processed within five business days of being received by our warehouse. We'll keep you updated – if our emails aren't in your inbox, be sure to check your junk or spam folder for return updates. If you haven’t heard from us within 14 days of sending back your return, drop us an email at theblingrock@yahoo.com – we’ll investigate and get it sorted for you as quickly as possible! Please keep in mind it may take a few days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
